I started this book in seventh grade, in Michigan, and read the first chapter to my dad in the car. Then it sat for more than twenty years.
Years later I opened the old file and finished it. Every dollar from City Boy goes to my kids' college fund.
My scrub tech set up a book signing at Hoag. The OR team came in scrubs.
